Satio support
Questions, bugs or feedback about the Satio iPhone app (“Satio: GLP-1 Companion”) or our trackers? Email hello@joinsatio.com. A real person reads every message and replies as soon as we can.
Please don’t send health details by email. We never need them to help you.
The Satio app
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no sign-up or login. Everything you log is stored only on your iPhone.
Can Satio see my data?
No. Satio has no server that receives your entries, and the app has no analytics or ads. See the app privacy notice.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Your entries are included in your normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer) if you have backups turned on, so restoring a backup to a new iPhone brings them along. You can also export a copy anytime: Settings → Export CSV or PDF summary.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete all data. Deleting the app also removes its data from your phone. We don’t hold a copy, so there’s nothing to delete on our side.
My reminders aren’t showing up
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Satio and make sure notifications are allowed. Focus modes can also hide them. If you use “stay quiet if I already logged a meal”, open Satio at least every couple of weeks so it can schedule the next reminders.
Does Satio tell me what dose to take?
No. Satio only records the medication name and dose you type in, exactly as your prescriber gave them. It never calculates, suggests or changes a dose.
Is Satio medical advice?
No. Satio is a personal log. It does not provide medical advice. Talk to your doctor before changing medication, dose, or diet. Satio is not affiliated with any medication manufacturer.
