Privacy notice
Last updated October 23, 2026
This notice covers joinsatio.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and which products you’re interested in (the app, the fiber supplement or both).
- Emails you send us. If you write to hello@joinsatio.com, we keep that conversation so we can reply.
We don’t ask for health information on this site, and please don’t send it to us.
How we use it
We use waitlist emails only to announce Satio launches, such as the Satio iPhone app or Satio Daily Fiber becoming available. We don’t sell, rent or share your email with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it
- The site is hosted by Netlify, and waitlist sign-ups are stored with Netlify Forms. Like most web hosts, Netlify may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the service.
- Email to hello@joinsatio.com is handled by Google Workspace.
- Purchases of our trackers happen on Etsy and are covered by Etsy’s privacy policy. We receive only the order details Etsy shares with sellers.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we’ll update this page first.
Getting removed
To be removed from the waitlist, or to ask what we hold about you or have it deleted, email hello@joinsatio.com. We’ll take care of it promptly.
Children
This site isn’t intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top.
